The service

MockUp Studios creates blank garment mockups from photos and descriptions for creative design work. An account is required to create and save mockups. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide an email you can access.

Use your own or permitted references

Submit only images and descriptions you are authorized to use. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual-property rights. Using an image of a person or a fictional character does not give you ownership of that person’s likeness, character, trademarks or original clothing design. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or deceptive activity, or to bypass limits through multiple accounts.

Review the result

Mockups are automatically created interpretations. Panels, proportions, seams, pockets and other details can differ from the reference. Backs and hidden areas may be inferred. Review and edit the result before relying on it. A mockup is not a measured sewing pattern, fit guarantee, or complete manufacturing specification.

Your content

You keep the rights you already have in your uploads. You permit MockUp Studios and its service providers to process them to provide, store and support your requested mockups. We do not promise that outputs are unique or free of third-party rights.

Credits and availability

One completed, saved front-and-back creation uses one credit. See Credits & Refunds for failure recovery and quality review requests. Purchased credits do not expire. All credit purchases are final and nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. Quality complaints may qualify for replacement credits after review, rather than automatic cash refunds. Downloading or editing an existing mockup does not start another paid creation. Customer creation limits and service pauses may apply. Service access and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.

Account closure and help

You can request account deletion from My account. We may restrict abusive use and investigate suspicious credit activity. Use Support for account, quality or billing questions. These terms do not remove rights that applicable consumer law does not allow to be waived.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be identified in the updated policy or the service before they apply. Purchase prices and payment terms are shown before checkout.

Using your mockups commercially

You may download, edit, and use your created mockups for personal projects and commercial design work, including clothing-brand presentations and product concepts, provided you have the necessary rights to the reference material and your intended use. MockUp Studios does not claim ownership of your outputs. To the extent we hold transferable rights in an output, we assign those rights to you. This does not grant rights to someone else’s artwork, clothing design, character, logo, trademark, photograph, or likeness. Outputs may resemble other results; exclusivity, copyright protection, and clearance of third-party rights are not guaranteed.

Age and acceptance

You must be at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where you live to create an account or purchase credits. By confirming this at signup, you confirm your eligibility and agree to these Terms and the Credits & Refunds policy, and acknowledge the Privacy policy. We record the confirmation, acceptance date, and policy version with your account. This confirmation is a declaration, not independent identity or age verification.
